Poznań 2005 - 5th open gomoku, renju and pente tournament

Date: 19-19 June 2005

Place: Youth Hostel nr. 2 "Hanka", ul. Biskupińska 27 in Poznań

The way from the central railway station:

Take the bus 68, proceed for the final stop "Podolany" (about 30 minutes).
Go to the bus stop where bus 60 leaves, get in and get off at the final stop which should take you about 3 minutes
and that's the place you should be able to see the hostel from.

Accomodation for the night: the youth hostel - the place where the tournament will take place. Price for one night - 25 zlotychs.

How to participate:

- you don't have to belong to any of gomoku, renju or pente assiociation, or possess extraordinary skills in playing of either of the games
- pay the admission fee
- send an entry form to turniej@gomoku.pl

Prizes:

Gomoku - 50 zl - 1st place, 30 - 2nd, 20 - 3rd
Pente - 30 zl - 1st place
Renju - 30 zl - 1st place

And for the first time in history the special award !!! - 50 zl, for the chosen tournament player.
Each of the participants get it, no matter the place he gets, so don't hesitate any more, get your bags packed and set off to Poznań !

Admission fees:

Gomoku 15 zl (10 for a member of the association)
Pente 10 zl (5 for a member of the assiociation)
Renju 10 zl (5 for a member of the assiociation)

4. the place from where you are going to set off
6. the numbers of nights you are going to stay
7. e-mail
8. what games are you going to play

The Gomoku Tournament 18th June 2005

- the rules of the game: board 15x15, swap (overline does not win), 15 minutes for each player
- swiss system
-9 rounds, 14.20 pm - 19.30 pm

The Renju Tournament 19th June 2005
- RIF Renju rules
- 25 minutes for each player
- swiss system
- 7 rund, 10:00 am - 15:00 pm

Organizers reserves the right to change the tournament schedule and also not to allow to play or exclude from the tournament people not obeying the rules.
